With this ‘porgtastic’ opening, Disney now holds the #1 and #2 four day opening weekends in Ireland in 2017 as Star Wars: The Last Jedi joins Beauty & The Beast in these 2 top spots.

The film, which has opened to global praise from critics, has taken over $450M globally ($230M Internationally and an estimated $220M in the US). This makes it the second biggest opening of all time in America only behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
